I designed this small brushed motor MOSFET driver board for my mini quad copter project. This board can be used with any single MOSFET part of SOT-23 package. The basic rule of driving MOSFETS using PWM from different manufactures are same. I needed a low voltage (3.7v) brushed motor driver to drive 4 tiny brushed motors. The board has 4 PWM input ports and ports to connect 4 brushed motors. Here is the circuit schematics:
